GENERAL

Acknowledgments: Orders are acknowledged promptly upon receipt.

Cancellations: Must be in writing and are subject to acceptance by Sweet Nut Tree. Work started or completed prior to cancellation will be billed at prevailing rates.

Samples: Spec samples are available at end price plus $40.00 (X) and will be shipped within 10 working days. Random samples are available at end price.

Minimums: Inquire about less than minimum orders.

Overruns/Underruns: Every effort is made to ship exact quantities, but on orders for imprinted items overruns or underruns not to exceed 10% will be considered acceptable delivery with the customer charged or credited
accordingly.

Substitutions: Sweet Nut Tree reserves the right to substitute similar items of greater or equal value if necessary to ensure on-time shipment.

Returns: Merchandise is returnable only with written authorization of Sweet Nut Tree. Request for return must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.

Catalog Illustrations: The logos appearing in this catalog are for illustrative purposes only. They do not imply endorsement by the owners of the designs. Merchandise bearing these logos is available for sale only to parties
expressly authorized by the owner of the designs.

IMPRINTS

Multi-Color Imprints: Additional colors are available as described below:

Canvas Duffel Bags, Tins, Wood Boxes, Lunch Boxes, Candy Dispensers, Mini Duffels & Totes, and Apothecary Jars: Additional colors are available at $.75 (G) per item, per color, plus an art/screen set-up charge of $35.00 (G) per color.

Custom Popcorn & Pretzel Tins: Additional colors are available at $1.25 (X) per item, per color, plus $50.00 (G) per color set-up and $60.00 (G) per color screen charge.

Artwork Requirements: Prices are based upon submission of clean, camera-ready, black and white, artwork. Multicolor printing requires submission of color-separated black and white artwork. Copy preparation and clean-up is
available at prevailing rates. Art charges will be quoted before work is begun. Art may also be received on disk and via e-mail. Contact customer service for details.

Logo Positioning: Imprints will be positioned as illustrated in our catalog. Orders requiring special positioning are subject to acceptance by our graphics department.

Personalization: Personalization is not available.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

Shipping Dates: Please specify your desired shipping date. Be sure to allow for delays in transit as we cannot be responsible for the performance of carriers. Sweet Nut Tree customer service representatives will be happy to help you determine a ship date. Our internal production times require:

Stock Tins: Five working days from receipt of order. Imprinted Items: Fifteen working days from receipt of order, artwork, shipping instructions, and, if drop
shipment is requested, mailing lists.

Rush Service: Rush service is available at most times of the year upon prior arrangement with Sweet Nut Tree.

Seasonal Availability: All items are available for shipment at catalog prices November 1-March 1. Shipments of certain items at other times of the year may require additional charges for shipping and packaging.

Shipping Methods: Unless other arrangements are made, shipping is by UPS ground or truck, FOB our Ohio plant. Federal Express shipment is available and recommended for sensitive products during certain times of the year.

Contact Sweet Nut Tree for shipping recommendations and quotation of additional charges for special shipping or packaging.

Perishability: Nuts and chocolates should be stored in a cool, dry place.

Card Enclosure: Gift cards are available at $1.50 (A) each. No charge for enclosing gift cards you supply.

Individual and Drop Shipments: Individual and drop shipments will be invoiced at actual shipping cost plus $2.50 (A) per carton. Customer must provide a typewritten list (not faxed) of names and addresses. Addresses
must be complete with name, street address, apartment number, city, state, and ZIP code.

UPS, Federal Express, and freight companies will not accept customer or distributor supplied shipping labels.

Any address correction charges due to incorrect information provided will be charged back at the published rates.

Federal Express, UPS and freight companies cannot deliver to Post Office boxes. No liability is assumed for shipments lost, delayed or returned because of insufficient address.

Fulfillment Services: Fulfillment services are available.

Shipping Weights: Shipping weights will be quoted with the acknowledgment of order.

Canadian and International Shipments: $8.00 (A) per location plus shipping charges.
